SONIC BLASTER plus is a brand-new series of ultrasonic generators equipped with a graphical user interface (HMI), an e-diagnostics system and programmable welding characteristics.
SONIC BLASTER plus generators stabilise the active power of an ultrasonic wave transmitted to the material being welded, which enables energy consumption to be precisely controlled and ensures high and repeatable weld quality. They are designed for supplying ultrasonic oscillation systems in industrial equipment. With their versatility, functional capacity, flexibility and wide range of programmable settings and measurement features, SONIC BLASTER plus generators can be used in advanced laboratory installations. The generators are designed to supply all SONIC CONVERTER transducers supplied by the Institute with an operating frequency ranging from 18 to 40 kHz and a rated power of up to 5 kW.
SONIC BLASTER plus generators are available in several versions, with integrated or external touch control panels.
